You need to contact our office. Present the invoice, under which this shipment was accepted for carriage, and fill in an application for return of the shipment. If the shipment has not yet been received by the consignee, it will be sent back on the basis of your application. In this case, you will have to pay for the forward and return carriage of the cargo, the cost of storage of the shipment in the city of destination (if it has not been received within 1 day from the moment of notification of the consignee).
